Who Am I?
Hello, there! My name is Ray DelVecchio, and here’s the short story about me…
I was overweight the majority of my life since I was 10 years old.
About 3 years ago, I lost over 25 lbs following a low-carb diet.*
This included 1 cheat day each weekend built into the weight loss plan.
The problem was I became lazy and cheated more throughout the week.
Over months, I gained back all of the weight I lost.
That brought me to learning about the keto diet, which I decided to try in November 2015.
Today, I’m at the lowest weight of my adult life*, and I attribute much of my weight loss to the sustainability of eating a whole foods, low-carb diet.
