Who Am I?

My name is Ray DelVecchio, and here’s my short story…

I was overweight since about 10 years old, and hit my high weight of ~200 lbs in graduate school (the picture here is from 2006).

In 2014, I lost 25 lbs eating more natural foods.*

This included 1 cheat day each weekend built into the weight loss plan.

THE PROBLEM: I got lazy and the treats became more frequent. Over months, I gained back all the weight I lost.

That brought me to learning about the keto diet, and I went “all-in” November 2015.

I lost 35 lbs in 9 months*, and I attribute much of my weight loss to eating a whole foods, low-carb diet.
