Ketogenic-Friendly Grocery Shopping List

Here is the keto shopping list from my free 7-day meal plan.

The meals from this shopping list include: Bacon & Eggs, Bulletproof Coffee, Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Fat Bombs, Buffalo Chicken Thighs, Mexican Ground Beef, Chicken Breast Spinach Salad, Salmon with Vegetables, and Tuna Salad

Below is the grocery list:

Pantry Staples

  • Butter
  • Coconut Oil
  • Olive Oil
  • Mayonnaise
  • Peanut Butter
  • Hot Sauce

Dairy & Meat

  • Cream – 1 container
  • Sour Cream – 1 container
  • Cheddar Cheese – 8 oz
  • Blue Cheese – 4 oz
  • Eggs – 13 total
  • Bacon – 1 pack
  • Pepperoni – 1 pack
  • Ground Beef – 1 lb
  • Chicken Thigh – 1 lb
  • Chicken Breast – 1 lb
  • Salmon – 8 oz
  • Tuna – 2 cans

Vegetables

  • Avocados – 4 total
  • Bell Pepper – 3 total
  • Onions – 3 total
  • Celery – 1 package
  • Lemons – 2 total
  • Spinach – 1 bag/container
  • Broccoli – 12-16 oz frozen
  • Brussel Sprouts – 12-16 oz frozen

Other

  • Mixed Nuts – 1 container
  • 90% Chocolate – 1 bar
