Rule #2: Set the Bar Low

by Ray DelVecchio, Author of Keto Diet Results

Aim for only half of what you think you can achieve.

It seems counterintuitive to strive for less.

The reality is you strive for less in the short term while working towards your long-term vision.

You make progress effortless by achieving small, attainable goals each day.

Extreme changes to both your diet and exercise routine are a recipe for failure.

Build positive habits by focusing on one thing at a time.

When a habit is set, you don’t think; you just make the right choice.

To change your eating habits, one number matters most: NET carbohydrates.

NET Carbs = Total Carbs – (Fiber + Sugar Alcohols)

Empty carbohydrates are the culprits for our epidemic of obesity, especially sugar and processed starch.

They cause high blood sugar levels which spike insulin and drive fat storage in your belly.

If stay under 30 grams net carbs/day, there’s a great chance you will lose weight regardless of your activity level.

Rule #3 will allow you to make the right decision in the face of temptation…
