Eggs are the ideal food when you are following the keto diet.
At 5 grams of fat, 6 grams of protein, and less than 1 gram carbohydrate, it’s the perfectly balanced package of nutrition to curb your hunger.
From a technique perspective, many cooks believe a first test in the kitchen is preparing eggs properly.
My favorite egg recipe is the classic omelette, or omelet, whichever way you choose to spell it!
How many times have you made an omelette only to have it burn or stick to the pan?
There is an easier way that doesn’t involve flipping and takes 20 seconds of cook time.
You’ll get a perfectly cooked omelette every time!

Within 10-15 seconds, the eggs will begin to form and pull away from the edges of the pan
Note: If you have filling, put in the pan now (or after cooking as toppings)

Jerk the pan back and forth vigorously to form the omelette shape
Step 6
Using a spatula, slide onto a plate, and use forks if you want to tuck in the edges for a cleaner presentation.
